BY E-MAIL

  

1. Photo copy the drawing/lot plan of your deed,  draw your dock on the photocopy and with dotted lines draw the 50 x 100 foot (5,000 sq ft) or 26 x 100 foot (2600 sq ft) weed harvest area on this copy as well.  Scan this document.

 

2.  Scan the first page of your deed.

 

3.  Fill out the weed harvesting permit, sign it and scan it.

 

4.  Select and print the Permit Payment portion of this page below, fill out the credit card information, etc, and scan it.

 

5.  Email the above four scans to:  justin.gerow@pc.gc.ca   (Parks Canada)

If you have an upcoming appointment to get your weeds cut- please ask Justin Gerow  to inform us (Rideau Aquatic Weed Control)  by e-mail when approval has been granted.  

 

BY FAX

BY POSTAL MAIL  (Do not use this option unless off season Oct - May)

 

1. Photo copy the drawing/lot plan of your deed,  draw your dock on the photocopy and with dotted lines draw the approximate  50 x 100 foot (5,000 sq ft) or  26 x 100 foot (2600 sq ft) weed harvest area.  

 

2.  Photocopy the first page of your deed.

 

3.  Fill out the weed harvesting permit, sign it .

 

4.  Write a check for $52.50 payable to the Receiver General Canada. Alternatively, print the Permit Payment portion of this page to pay by credit card.  

 

5.  Mail the above four items to:
